A late fee of $125 plus tax is in effect after March 3^rd, 2025. 

• Cancel on or after March 14^th, 2026 – No refund
• Cancel between March 3^rd and March 13^th, 2026 – 50% refund
• Cancel on or before March 02^nd, 2026 - Full refund

To recognize the contribution of its alumni, the MPWWA is pleased once again to offer an incentive for them to attend the conference. All alumni registering for the conference will have their names put into a draw, and the winner will be reimbursed their registration fee.
